Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order with love, we aren’t able to offer refunds on pre-orders.

If you’re unable to pick up your order within the scheduled pick up window, and I haven’t heard from you, I’ll assume the order has been forfeited. Unfortunately, I’m not able to issue refunds for missed pickups.

 

That being said, life happens, I totally understand! If you know ahead of time that you won’t be able to make it during your pickup window, just shoot me a text and we’ll work something out. Text me at 406.581.9393.
